Shipping:

For orders within the United States, our products are shipped United States Postal Service, Priority Mail, with insurance and tracking.

International orders are shipped First Class through the United States Postal Service.

Orders usually ship the next business day.

Returns:

If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we will gladly exchange it for an item of equal value.  Please notify us of intent to exchange within two weeks of receipt.  Products must be returned undamaged.  We will pay the shipping of the replacement product and request the customer pay for the returned-item shipping.
